Group Coaching
Wednesdays at 9:30 am EST beginning January 18th, 2023 via Zoom
This program is for women in management roles seeking to maximize their leadership potential and elevate their career. As a participant, you will learn to:
- Understand your values and how they guide your leadership style
- Build cohesion in your team to improve its effectiveness
- Identify and work through what’s holding you back
- Tackle stretch projects for growth
Group coaching is an effective way to provide professional development and build the bench of rising leaders. It provides deep accountability because you’re not only working with a coach but a group of peers. In a group setting, both the coach and the group members see and feel the impact of the attitudes and behaviors of each learner. For instance, if a leader wants to work on building communication skills, they can practice within the group while the coach provides third-party insight toward more effective habits.
Here’s what you get:
- 8 weekly group sessions via Zoom
- 2 one-on-one sessions (live or via Zoom)
- Email access to your coach for the duration of the program
- This program is limited to no more than 7 individuals
The cost to participate in this program is $1200 but register by January 14th to receive a 25% New Year’s discount.
