Group Coaching

Wednesdays during the Georgia General Assembly

This program, sponsored by GA WIN List, is for new elected Georgia legislators looking to overcome barriers, create positive change, and build pathways to success. Our group meets weekly to cover topics such as:

• Creating a strategic plan for your first session
• Filling gaps in your legislative team/office
• Building partnerships outside the Gold Dome (community organizations, religious institutions, etc.)
• Preparing for fundraising after the session ends
• Building a plan to overcome obstacles you encounter

We prioritize the conversations based on what’s happening and periodically invite experienced legislators to share their experiences and join our discussion.

Here’s what participants receive:

• Weekly group sessions during the General Assembly (mid-January through early April)
• 2 one-on-one sessions
• Periodic guest speakers
• Email access to your coach for the duration of the program
